Gaynor Goodman, Licensed Assistant to Seth A Goodman
Gaynor Goodman is a Licensed Assistant to Seth Goodman. Gaynor is a fully licensed REALTOR® by the State of Illinois. Together, they work to meet the needs of Seth’s clients. Gaynor finally decided what she wanted to be when she grew up and became licensed in 2015 after a long career in administration and supply chain at Eaton Corporation in Lincoln. Gaynor was born in Luton, Bedfordshire, England, and moved to the United States as a young child. She has spent the majority of her life in Lincoln and knows the area well. She looks forward to working with prospective clients to show them why Lincoln is a great place to call home.

In her spare time, Gaynor enjoys living in rural Lincoln and tending to her menagerie of horses, cats, chickens, and dogs. Gaynor and her husband Scott are the parents of Zach and Seth and are grandparents to twin boys.
Gaynor is a member of the CAAR (Capital Area Association of Realtors) and the Illinois and National Association of Realtors.
