The History Of ME Realty

ME Realty originated in 1982, by Mary Ellen Copeland and Carolyn McMath. They purchased 222 N. Mclean St., Lincoln, IL, opening the office with just a few agents initially. They wasted no time in making ME Realty one of the fastest growing and one of the most successful real estate agencies in The Logan County Area. The current ME Realty Team has taken that work ethic even further to make ME Realty all it is today. In 2019, Seth purchased 602 Keokuk St., realizing this location's high visibility and a central location within the city, making it more convenient for clients & customers to access ME Realty.

Seth A. Goodman purchased ME Realty in January 2014. Diane Schriber continued as Designated Managing Broker for Seth. Seth's Mother, Gaynor Goodman teamed up with ME Realty and Seth, as a licensed assistant, in April 2015, continuing that role today, in addition to many other office and bookkeeping responsibilities.

ME Realty has continued to grow both in licensed real estate agents and in fulfilling the largest market share of volume performed in the Logan County Area. ME Realty is proud to sponsor 16 licensed real estate agents who are always there to assist sellers and buyers realize their real estate objectives in the best way possible. Their knowledge and professionalism are evident.
